(NOTICE: this page is not fully completed yet but for now we are giving you the basic details of what each rank is and does, etc)Also, let it be known that in the ROTLG, there is no bribe for ranking, we do not believe in this method. Instead, we emphasis on the ideals of using it
as a Tool to show the Status of Worth of the Member to the Guild in such as not to place them or anyone on a throne above everyone else but instead
to show that we are an EOG (Equal Opportunity Guild) letting the member decide the rank they get in the end. What does this all mean you ask? It's
simple really. If you help, you'll rank fast...but if you do not, or should you stop helping whatsoever for any term or reason then you shall lose a rank
or worse meaning you will even be removed from the guild. This guild thrives on it's members as a whole, it is a team and therefore we see no reason
to put too much work onto any one person for that matter as it just simply would not be fair to anyone else in the guild.

(Q1:) How do I get ranked up in this Guild?
(A:) It's simple really, and if I can do it with minimal effort along with taking care of the Guild, then there is no reason why you cannot do so either! You
can help out in various ways - Donate to the Guild Resources, Find New Members, Help New Members and anyone in the Guild when and if you can if at all
possible, Be Active in the Guild, Volunteer to do Instance Runs, Do Party Battles, Host a Duel Bracket, Be active and help out on Our Website, I can think
of a million more things but I'll stop at that for now. Stuff like that is helping out in the guild and will get you ranked up.

(Q2:) May I ask for a rank up in the Guild?
(A:) I've run many guilds before I decided to stick with this one. My thoughts on this up until now were always okay with it but this time I have had a
change of heart since then for various reasons due to past problems because of it so therefore I have decided that
NO, PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME OR
ANY OTHER MENTRA RANK or Above for a Rank Up in the Guild. If we think you deserve it, you'll get it!
(A2:) What you may do instead is put in recommendations. Recommendations for others are allowed however, you just are not allowed to recommend
yourself is all. But if you help out as answered in
Q1 then of course you may be recommended by someone else in the guild at which point you would
get a rank up.
However, if you are caught bribing others or cheating or bullying other members for this or any other reason at all while in our guild then
you will be rejected and removed!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------RANK EVALUATIONS: Rank Evaluations can be done on any day of any given moment at any point in time while in our Guild you
may be under evaluation for a new rank which is based off of how much you are helping in the Guild ie - Inviting New Members to help
us Grow, Helping Other Members both Old and New with anything like Quests, Getting New Equipment, Donating Resources, Etc,. But as so
to remain fair to the guild it is normally done about every 2-4 Days give or take a day or two depending on Guild Interactions and you
will be notified when they are being done. If for any reason you are not online or cannot be online and logged in for some time please let
us know as this can affect your ability to stay in our Guild.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This area of the page will be fixed shortly...I am still working on the details to enter into it. Please pardon the wait. Thank you.Intiate - The INITIATE RANK is a rank for Members whom are New to the Guild. It is a deciding point on which we test you to find out if you are good
enough to be apart of and stay apart of our Guild. It is up to you on whether you rise to the challenge and pass this rank. And if you follow instruction and
help out as requested when you were screened before entering our guild then you will see it is possible and fairy easy to rank up very fast. Lazy Members
will not be tolerated and will be removed when we find you.
It is unfair to other guild members of ours whom try to help you out
and then you just stop
helping or even choose to quit. If you choose to
not tell us you can't be available whether it be a mailbox message to me
the Guildmaster or someone of
Mentra rank, or even another active
member etc to let us know. If you choose not to help out that is fine
but keep in mind that you probably won't last in
the guild for very long
as this is not our way.
Member - The MEMBER RANK is a rank for those of you whom have passed the Initiate Rank. It is fairly easy to do get to this rank. Once you are of
this Rank, more is expected of you then before and so your responsibility in the guild will increase as you gain levels and ranks in while in our guild. Keep
in mind though, if you stop helping us for any reason as you rise through the ranks then you are likely to lose a rank as rank evaluations are constantly
done in our guild and it is based off of your help in the Guild. You can rank fast or you can rank slow or you can choose not to rank at all which is completely
in your own hands.
