SoftSailor is proud the present another chance for you guys, for those who did not get a Heroes of Newerth beta key in our previous campaign, to play this marvelous game. A second Wave is now available thanks to the game developers, who have given us support in our journey. This wave will have put on a line 200 HoN beta keys, to those who their support to us.
Before you find the rules for this second wave and how it will be run, let’s remind ourselves a bit about the game.Heroes of Newerth is the latest production of S2 Games that has managed to re-create almost with perfection the concept of DotA. The game actually has basically the same gameplay, the same map, the same heroes and the same items. The only thing is that they all got modified, from the appearance to their names, spells, main attribute and even the voice. Also, all the items have been modified, some got bonuses and others got nerfed.
The new elements that make the difference between HoN and DotA are basically off game features. The graphics is simply marvelous, and with modest system requirements you can get the top of this game. Also, there has been created a player ladder, where people can gain level if they play more games and win them. All players have an evaluation score used to entering games. An interesting element that I discovered trough my games, was the No leavers feature. You could create a game, add this option, and people who left games earlier could not join. The game also has some features not present in Warcraft III, such as full friends list, ban-list, and clan support, complete replay system, as well as ability to reconnect.

Wave 2 of the Heroes of Newerth beta key giveaway contains 200 invitations on which you can get your hands on. These invitations will be sent to you automatically, by email, if you complete the steps bellow. Also, because of the large number of requests, not anyone will get one. The distribution will be random. For those who have signed up in the last giveaway and did not receive a beta key, they will be automatically signed in Wave 2. Good luck.
