1. Opening the Item Shop

Access the Item Shop by clicking on the gift box icon next to the mini-map or via the "Functions" menu in the lower right corner of the screen.

Click the cogwheel symbol and highlight and click "Item Shop." The Item Shop window will appear. (A)

2. Range of items

When the Item Shop opens, the main Item Shop window will appear.

The part of the shop with items that must be purchased with Diamonds can be opened using the third button of the left side of the hot-bar in the upper part of the window.
(A) On the left side (B), choose the different categories of items; when you click on a category, the items available in that specific category will appear in the main frame of the Item Shop window.

The yellow numbers at the bottom of the middle part of the window show how many pages of items the category has; click the numbers to view other pages. (C)

3. Recharge Diamonds

Clicking the "Diamond Buying" button (A) in the upper left corner of the window opens a text box that will guide you to an external Web site where you can exchange real money for Diamonds, the Item Shop currency. Another window will appear and ask you to confirm that you want to go to the external Web site.

Click the "Accept" button (B) to continue.

4. Looking at items

If an item interests you or if you'd like more information about the item, left-click on the shopping cart icon. (A) The item and its description will appear in a pop-up window. (B)

The example shows what happens if you left-click the shopping cart icon next to "Experience Potion." The information in the pop-up window explains that Experience Potion will increase your experience gained in combat by 50% for one hour.

5. Item preview

Some Item Shop items, such as furniture or mounts, can be previewed in-game. If you left-click one of these items (A), a pop-up window will open on the right and display a preview of that item. (B) You can view items in the preview window from many angles and perspectives: Simply left-click on the picture and move your mouse.

6. Buying an item

When you've decided to buy a specific item, left-click the shopping cart icon next to the item. (A) A pop-up window with detailed information will open (see 4. Looking at items). If you left-click the "Confirm" button in this window, you confirm that you want to buy the item. As soon as you click the button, a password prompt (B) will open and ask you to enter your secondary password to continue the transaction. Once you enter your password and confirm by pressing the "Accept" button (C), the item will be in your Item Shop Backpack (see 8. Confirmation).

Important: You only have to enter your secondary password the first time you buy an item in a play-session. If you buy additional items during the same play-session, your transactions will be complete when you click the "Confirm" button.

7. Not enough Diamonds

If you don't have enough Diamonds to buy an item, a message window will open and alert you. (A) To buy the item, you will need to exchange real money for Diamonds using the "Diamond Buying" button (see 3. Topping up Diamonds).

8. Confirmation

Every purchase will be confirmed in the chat window in the bottom left of the user interface. (A) You can see what you bought and how much you paid.

9. Receiving bought items

As soon as you've purchased an item, it will be in your Item Shop Backpack. You can access your purchase by opening your backpack and clicking the gift box icon. (A)
