I don't know if anyone else has noticed or not but when you visit several other sites for updates on the Card Stat System which all state and claim that it is already taken effect in the the recent game patches. We here at ROTLG though are slightly smarter then that and we know better then that after reading through the information on RoM.com where it specifically says and I quote:
" As the multistage rollout of
Chapter III: The Elder Kingdoms
begins, we're pleased to announce the expansion of the trading card
system in Runes of Magic
with new functionality and 48 new
monster cards. "
Which specifically means that:
1) It has not taken affect yet.
2) It won't be added completely until Chapter III is actually added into the game in the form
of a massive update along with several small pre-updates to prepare for it in advance.
